Crops cultivated in Maya mainly consisted of maize, squash, beans (usually Phaseolus vulgaris), and chili peppers.
Incan -
Crops cultivated in Inca consisted of maize, coca, beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes, grains, ullaco, oca, mashwa, pepper, tomatoes, peanuts, cashews, squash, cucumber quinoa, gourd, cotton, talwa, carob, chirimoya, lúcuma, quayabo, and avacodo.
Aztec -
Crops cultivated in Aztec mainly consisted of corn, squash, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes. On drier lowlands, farmers grew cotton, cactus, and maguey. Maguey was very useful.
